Fair and Square Item Returns AuxMy wife ALWAYS inquires of return policy before purchase. As an incremental shopper, easy return is important to the purchase. She may, or may not find something that fills her need all the better in the course of a shopping expedition. If you want her to consider your item, she has to be comfortable with dealing with you and returning is need be. I tell store associates she is much like the tide. Items do wash back ashore, but far more are swept out to sea upon her leaving. And she won’t deal with you at all unless you understand this aspect of her. As a man, I am an approximate shopper. Far less tidal action with approximate shoppers.
